General meetings shall be held on the 15th of each month from January through June and September through November, unless otherwise changed at the discretion of the Board, with proper notice provided to members.
The Association shall observe a hiatus during the months of July and August, during which no general meetings will be held.
Notice of all meetings shall be given to the membership at least one week in advance, in a manner determined by the Board.

The mission of ESNA2.0 is to promote the stability of Paterson’s Eastside Neighborhood by enhancing the quality of life, fostering the diversity of our community, and highlighting the benefits of living in our neighborhood. ESNA 2.0 is a volunteer-led organization of residents dedicated to improving our community and contributing to a better Paterson for all.
